Temp 37, no dew point measured; wind from SW at 5 mph (but didn't notice it)
Did 1600, 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400 in 7:11, 5:05, 4:58, 3:17, 3:16, 95, 96. 4:48 recovery after the 1600, 2:4x-3:0x recovery after all others.
Followed groups of Matt, Caroline, Regina, and some others whose names I forgot. Focused on relaxing my feet and it helped. I think I need to be more aggressive in the warm-up, though.

Breakfast was rice, cereal, berry and chocolate clif gels, and dark chocolate, sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
Wore tights and longsleeve - right clothes for conditions.
