Temp 41, DP 26. Slight breeze, but not too bad.

Workout was 1600, 1200, 2x800, 400. Ran 5:58, 4:22, 2:53, 2:52, and then 78. Legs felt really sluggish and slow for the 1600 and then woke up and felt good. Nice, but also annoying. Would have been nice to feel this good on Sunday.

One puff of Dulera.

Followed up with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x4 at 135, 155, 165) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30)

Left calf/post tib very slightly tight at end
