Workout went well for most part, despite slightly upset stomach at first. Struggled a bit on the last 200m -- my legs were a bit dead. Workout was 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200, each with 1/2 distance recovery. Did 4:29, 4:29, 2:52, 2:49, 83, 83, 37, and 37.
As before, running a longer warmup building up to just about tempo pace seems to work well for me -- I feel much better before the workout, and don't struggle at the start.
Worked on relaxation -- definitely had more issue with that as I became more tired. Legs were very heavy by the 400s. Had to work to focus.
3 puffs of inhaler, but lungs still felt slightly tight. Used several shots of pepto as well.
Followed with squats at gym (2x8 at 105, 125) and good mornings (3x10 at 85)
