Data dump for Gridiron 4 Miler in Central Park. Breakfast was at 6:15 am on train - rice, hemp powder, berry stroopwafel, expresso, jet blackberry, salted caramel GUs . Later (7:15) had a bit more rice and an expresso GU.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 at 3:00 am; also rescue an hour before race, Breathing good.
