Temp 77, DP 75. Humidity was gross. Ran around track with group, then down to MM 2 on Custis, before doing another Washington/Glebe/Lee/Quincy loop. Saw group at end cooling down, so jogged a bit with them.
Felt OK - really not crazy about these shoes.
After pool, followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x6 at 135, 155, 165)
