From home, took Custis to W&OD to Little Falls, with 10 minute loops on grass each way.
Drills after.
L/R balance at 48.8/51.2 - wore toe spacers.
Wore heavy longsleeve, shorts, and gloves with hand-warmers - right clothing for the conditions.
