Parked at Long Bridge and took MV trail up to trollheim bridge and back. Drills and 2 strides after. Gait really awkward at first. Surprised at how fast I ran for the effort.
L/R balance at 48.8/51.2
Wore heavy longsleeve and tights - comfortable.
