Temp 34, DP 22, wind from west at 8 mph.
Warmed up at WL then swapped to Greenbrier because WL was a mess.
Tried to do 2x1200, 3x800, but bailed into the first 1200 because I felt awful. Then tried a mile at tempo. That was awful, so I bailed on the workout, just doing 4x200 (those were awful also).
