Raw data dump for Columbus Half.
Breakfast was a small amount of rice and hemp powder, plus Maurten, Expresso, Jet Blackberry, and Vanilla GUs. Sat decently. Expresso GU on course; half a stroopwafel before.
Breathing was 2 puffs rescue, Advair, and Qvar in the morning; 2 more puffs of rescue before race; 2 more puffs after. Breathing was OK but got tight at end.
