Temp 76, DP 74, wind from SE at 3 MPH.
Headed to Hains Point to do a short tempo workout. Decided to do 2 miles, 1 mile since it was really hot and I want to do a long run on Saturday. Splits were 14:06 (7:12/6:53) and then 6:51 with 5 minutes jog in between. Full recovery, and then did four sets of 30 seconds at mile effort with 60 seconds jog.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Breakfast sat well. Rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs
L/R balance was 47.9/52.1.
