DId 8 Iwo Jima repeats - stopping at the one way sign on the way up and just past the tree on the way down. I wanted to emphasize the downhill strides, so I deliberately tried to keep the hill part restrained and aerobic. Of course, it was so hot that my HR was really high by the end anyway, but I still feel like I got the right kind of work in.
Worked on keeping my knees in and stretching up on the downhill stride and it helped a lot.
Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing surprisingly good. I took a big chug of pepto before to see if that would help stuff, and it did.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla Gus. Sat well (the Pepto helped, I'm sure).
L/R balance at 49..2/50.8. Did not wear ankle braces.
Wore arm-coolers - they helped.
