Temp/DP 55, wind of 6 mph from SW.
Did a loop around home (to doublecheck front door) and then took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church, where I looped Van Buren/Columbia/Noland/Rt 7/Lee Highway/W&OD/Van Buren. Then W&OD back to Custis to MM 2, where I stopped to do 6 steep hill sprints before jogging home. Did a few drills after. RIght ankle shifted and was locking a bit up at end. Really couldn't see in the dark at first.
