Notes

Temp and DP of 72. Really sticky. We were told 5K to 4M, so went with 4. Felt pretty sluggish due to lack of sleep, so started out very slow to feel my way in, but ended up with a pretty good tempo (ran solo for most part, with Katie ahead of me, and Kate behind). Could have gone another mile.

Splits were 6:44, 6:34, 6:32, 6:18 (overall pace 6:35)

Dulera worked well (one puff at 5:00 am).

Followed up with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (4x8 at 115, 135, 155, 165) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35).
