Temp 74, dp 71. Ran out and back on Towpath from Carderock. Had to cut this one short due to 8:30 am call. Also ran solo since I didn't have time to wait for the group to get organized. Felt kinda crappy at first, which I think is part due to a bit of congestion, and part due to some external stress. Felt good by end, though.
