Notes
Starting temp 65, DP 64; ending temp 69, DP 64. No wind (I thought I noted some from the south. Pollen of 8.3. Overcast and drizzle at first; bright sun by end.
Parked at the tennis center and did the 4-3-2-1 workout. Splits were:
4 mile: 30:03 (7:35/7:28/7:31/7:29 - 7:31 pace); 8:34 float
3 mile: 22:21 (7:26/7:28/7:27 - 7:27 pace); 8:39 float
2 mile: 14:18 (7:30/7:18 - 7:24 pace); 8:33 float
1 mile - 7:14
L/R balance was 49.5/50.5
Worked on keeping back relaxed, stride extended, and rolling through foot - it helped.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing OK.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, razz clif gel and maurten - sat well. Took a Lemonade rocktane during the run - 1/2 after the four and 1/2 after the three. Carried water and had drained it by the time I got to the two
Wore arm-coolers - they helped.
Wore big toe spacers.
1 capsule rytary and 0.5 mg rasagiline at 4:45am
