Temp 37, DP 23. Pretty windy. Met Sharon and David at Georgetown water fountain, and went out to Mile Marker 4 and back on towpath. Both feet tight and crampy for first 2-3 miles, then loosened up. I think part of the tightness is that we were going pretty slow
