Heh - dewpoint of 70. I played this one very conservative (and felt fine because I did). Hydrated a lot -- took water break instead of recovery jog every 4 repeats. The workout was 400m repeats with 200m recoveries -- do as many as you feel. I had been planning to do 16 (and stayed very conservative), but then upped the pace on the last when I learned I could only do 12. Splits were 1:34, 1:34, 1:34, 1:32; then 1:32, 1:32, 1:30, 1:29; then 1:30, 1:29, 1:29, 1:20.
