Starting temp 29. DP 20; ending temp 38, DP 21. Ran out and back on Cap Crescent to Bethesda with Britton, Eva, Dani, Kate N, Izzy, Nina, and new girl Laura, plus Jake and Brent for first 2. Drills and four strides after. Slight hint of soreness in left foot flared and then eased - I think it's just lingering soreness from the race.
