Temp 72, DP 66. First day with new asthma drug plan (dumped the Singulair and the Pro-Air in favor of Dulera). Lungs felt ridiculously good.
Workout was 2x3200m and then a 1600, 800m jog between each.
Splits were 12:37 (6:29/6:08), 12:26 (6:18/6:08) and then 5:58. Worked with large group, including Chris M, new guy, Kelsey, Ann, and Katie.
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 155), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35) and KB swings (2x15 at 25)
