Temp 53, DP 48. Breathing was great.
Workout was 6x800 - ran 3:05, 3:04, 3:00, 2:58, 2:57, 2:52. Started very conservative, since I was really feeling Sunday's run. Felt better as I went. Was thinking about doing more than 6, but ran the 6th a bit too fast, so decided to play it safe. As George pointed out, this workout really doesn't matter that much - it's just to get the legs moving a bit.
