Weather underground says temp 38, DP 35, though that doesn't make sense. I think it was closer to mid-40s. Awesome weather.
Workout was 4x800, 4x400, 2x200 - ran 2:55, 2:54, 2:53, 2:52, 84, 84, 82, 81, and then 37 and 37. Felt kinda sluggish the whole workout, so just worked on staying relaxed and fluid.
I've gotten sloppy with my warm-up, and I'm not starting the workout fully ready to go. I need to get there earlier so I have more time for a full warm-up, including the full set of drills (George told me to really emphasize bounds and a-skips/b-skips)
Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x6 at 135, 160, 170), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30) and KB swings (2x15 at 25)
