Temp 31, DP 24. Ran 4 mile tempo on the track, working with Lindsey. Ran 25:38, split as 6:31/6:25/6:27(hit late)/6:15.
Felt good, if a bit tired. Breathing was OK - I think I didn't get a good puff of Advair this morning. Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, tri-berry and smores GUs, and coconut stroopwafel. Sat well.
Also warmed up slightly fast. Did 4 hill sprints after tempo.
Wore tights and light longsleeve - a bit overdressed.
