Notes
Temp 28, DP 12 - great weather. Did a 4 mile tempo on the track solo in 25:50 (6:35/6:31/6:26/6:18) (had Chris C, Rachel, and Catherine just a bit ahead of me). Felt good. Breathing very good (still on advair 250/50).
Did another longer warm-up with lots of hip stretching and four strides, and it really helped. Did four hill sprints post-workout.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted watermelon gu, and chocolate stroopwafel.
