Temp 70, DP 69. No wind.
Did 2x3200+2x200 in 14:16 (7:08/7:08), 14:14 (7:10/7:04), 49, and 48. 5:15-5:30 recovery after the 3200s; full recovery between the 200s.
L/R balance was 48.7/51.3. Wore toe spacers and taped ankles from medial malleous up and around front of shin for dystonia (didn't help)
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and razz clif gels - sat well.
