Temp 70 and high dewpoint (can't find weather history).

Attempted a track workout, but felt lousy, so bailed. Just really off, which I'm sure is the hormones.

Breakfast was rice, leucine powder, and salted caramel and smores GUs. sat well. Also had beet juice.

BReathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus rescue. No asthma, but oxygen not getting to muscles.
