Starting temp 70, DP 68; end at temp 76, DP 70. Went out and back on towpath with Daryle and Ashley, plus Marcy, Skip, and Maria for the first 5 miles.
Finished with drills and 3 strides after. Still fighting off last of bug - I'll postpone the 20 a few days.
