Notes
Temp and DP 40. Met group, and ran out from Fletchers with Kate N, Lauren, Juan, Andrew, Kimi, and Jessica Chin (plus Bill B, Stephen, and Ryan, who turned in Georgetown). Headed back at the 6 mile mark with Jess. Really good to see her again and catch up. Only negative to the run was tripping in the last mile, but I'm not too scraped up. DId drills and 2 strides after.
Surprised at how fast this was, but the effort was very easy.
