62, humid (DP 60), light rain. Workout actually went OK, despite weather and stomach being stupid (I blame travel plus stupidly spicy/acidic late night mandatory dinner on Wednesday). Stomach issues mandated bathroom breaks after each 2 mile set, sigh, and also meant that I basically soloed the second two mile interval.

Splits were 12:47 (6:26/6:21 - in large group); 13:09 (6:36/6:33 - solo); 13:01 (6:33/6:28 - hanging with Jenny and Heather). Average pace overall was 6:32, which is just what the coach wanted, so good.

Not crazy about the fact that the second two intervals were slower than first -- maybe lack of endurance, maybe the increasing wind. I actually felt like picking it up a lot on the third, but I just hung with the group (kept getting told during the first that we were picking it up too much anyway). Still a solid workout, though. Did have some breathing struggles in third set, but worked through them

Followed with injury prevention work at gym - 5x8 squats at 105, 115, 125, 135, 140, and 2x10 good mornings at 95, 105.

Multiple uses of pepto and inhaler.
