Still tired from the half marathon. Breathing also slightly tight, and stomach a bit off, with some GI bleeding. Not the best workout. But I have 12 days to freshen up. Was very careful not to push this one, since I didn't feel great. Right hip also sore from the prolotherapy.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - still tight. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, toasted marshmallow and berry gus, and corn tortila - stomach a bit off.
