Temp 74, DP 72.

Workout was a pyramid - 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Splits were 1:30, 2:55, 4:21, 5:51, 4:22, 2:49, 77.

Felt a bit sluggish and not quite warmed up at first, but felt better as I went along (jogged my warm-up very slow, so maybe that's why). Kept this pretty conservative, but that's not a bad thing. Splits are also bit misleading, as for some laps I had to dodge way around to pass large groups.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 145, 165), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30), and KB swings (2x15 at 25).
