Temp 64, DP 62, wind from south at 6 mph.
Did 8 Iwo Jima hill repeats, focusing on good form on way up and down. The Marines were practicing, so I had to swing very wide on the way up.
My form felt better than it has.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower seed butter, smores and vanilla GUs, and black cherry shot blok. Sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Breathing improved slightly.
