Temp 56, DP 43 - brisk wind from the north that got stronger as we progressed (supposedly 20 mph, according to Garmin).
Ran 5x1200 at a very controlled effort with Romain, Jenn, Carolyn, and also Aurelia for the first rep. Splits were 4:37, 4:35, 4:32, 4:31, 4:35 (bad wind for last). We kept the recoveries very prompt to keep the workout aerobic.
Breathing was tight for first, and then good. Advair 250/50 and 1 puff Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and triberry GUs and coconut stroopwafel.
