Temp 66, DP 62. Did 4 mile tempo on the track - ran solo, trailing Jenn, Alex, Rachel, Chris C, Catherine, and Jenn. Very happy with this one - was trying to run very conservative, and 6:28 felt like 6:40. Ran 25:32 for four miles (6:28/6:28/6:24/6:12). I kicked at the end for the heck of it (and to get it over with).
Did four hill sprints after near Pollard street.
Breathing very good. Advair 250/50 and 2 puffs Qvar 80. No need for rescue inhaler.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, berry stroopwafel, and strawberry banana gu. A bit of indigestion during last part of tempo.
