Starting temp 30, DP 27; ending temp 42, DP 26., wind of 7 mph from west.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Tuckahoe loop, then W&OD to Custis down to Scott Street loop and back to MM 2. Did 4 hill sprints and then took Custis to home. Drills after.

Wore tights and running jacket+buff. Dressed well for conditions.
Took 1 tab of Sinemet at 5:00 am
