Temp 58, DP 56. Pollen 8.2 Slight wind
Felt lousy, but decided to give the workout a try anyway, after chatting with George. Workout was 2x400, 800, 1600, 800, 2x400. Ran 93, 92, 3:05, 6:16, 3:00, 86, 81. Felt dead-legged until the end, but then real good for 400s. Worked with or trailed Chris, Karina, Kate, Patrick, Rachel.
Two puffs Dulera in morning (because felt like I didn't get a good inhale first time). Breathing was great. No caffeine before.
