At Golds Gym in Green Bay -- no incline, unless otherwise noted.
Meant to do 6x800, but couldn't. Even with a slower pace, I felt like my lungs couldn't keep up, and legs were weak? Maybe a bad treadmill, maybe exhaustion, maybe allergies, maybe getting sick. So, tried to salvage with mile repeats at 7:05 pace (which also felt very hard), and then fartleks (.15 on at 11.1 mph, .35 off). I also struggled with the fartleks.
I'll just write off this one.
