Temp 71, DP 64. Route was out Cap Crescent to Rock Creek to 14th St Bridge, and then back up MV trail to towpath. Ran with Chris M for most part, but let him pick it up at the end while I held steady. Felt pretty lousy, and didn't see point in digging myself into a hole.
Stomach also really iffy.
DId injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x6 at 135, 160, 170) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30)
