Temp 44, DP 28; wind from NE at 16 mph. Pollen of 10.4.
From home, took Taylor to Fairfax to Bluemont Connector over to Bluemont Park, where I met the group. Then ran with Matt and Billy, plus Joe and Anna for the first bit, up the W&OD and back. Dropped Matt and Billy off at Bluemont and then headed back up the W&OD to take the Custis back home.
Drills and 4 strides after.
Wore tights and longsleeve. First cold and then comfortable.
L/R balance was 49.5/50.5
Wore big toe spacers.
1 capsule Rytary and 0.5 mg rasagiline at 4:45 am
