Temp 70, DP 69. Workout was 4-6x1200; did 5 reps, but the first two were very controlled, at tempo effort. I've been fighting off a mild head cold, and wasn't sure if it was a good idea to do the workout. So I kept it very conservative on the first two reps, before dropping the pace a bit more with each rep.

The workout ended up being essentially 2x1200 at tempo effort + 3x1200 at interval effort. Technically it was a half-assed workout (that's the technical term) but that's fine - I got my legs moving and my heart up, and I don't think I worked hard enough to provoke a relapse.

Splits were 4:59, 4:50, 4:43, 4:36, and 4:29. So basically cutting about 7 seconds off of each rep. Trailed (sometimes massively) group of Dan, Heather, Kate H-W, Katie, with Greg along side.
