Notes
Temp 44, DP 37, wind from SW at 5 mph. Pollen of 11.6.
The workout was 2K, then 4x800, with some optional 400s. I ran 8:29, and then 3:15, 3:14, 3:11, 3:07. 5:10 recovery after the 2K and 2:4x-2:5x recovery after the 800s (slightly long, but my breathing wasn't great, so I didn't mind). Worked with Andrea for much of this, also followed Matt and Eve.
Felt kinda off, but still had my best workout in almost 2 years.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and Razz Clif gels - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus two puffs of rescue. Still really noticed the pollen.
L/R balance was 49.2/50.8
Wore thin tights and long sleeve - comfortable for 800s; slightly warm for 2K.
Wore big toe spacer.
