Did hill reps up Iwo Jima. - go hard for the up (.31), then easy jog, 150m stride, and another easy jog. Averaged 7:30 pace for the full circuit.
Worked with Lauren, Karina, Mollie and Emily M. -- Did 2 puff of inhaler 10 minutes before. This was tougher than last week, due to humidity. Strides felt good.
