Notes

Temp and DP of 62. Felt really good.

Workout was 3x1600, 800. Worked with big pack for first two sets, then we split out, and I trailed Chris C and Susanna for the last set. Splits were 5:57, 2:48, 5:49, 2:48, 5:45, 2:44

Started up with Singulair again, and that seems to be helping allergies some. Felt much better than last week.

Injury prevention work at gym included squats (3x8 at 115, 155, 170) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
