Kept at easy effort for most part. Repeated the following 5 minute sequence:

30 seconds - resistance of 8; RPMs of 95-105

30 seconds - resistance of 8; RPMs of ~130

30 seconds - resistance of 8; RPMs of 95-105

3:30 - resistance of 10; RPMs of 95-105

Humidity was very high.
