Notes

Felt very run down at beginning, but worked out of it. Did two intervals of 3.5 miles each at goal half-marathon pace, with jogging recovery between each. Intervals averaged to 7:09 pace uphill, and 6:59 pace downhill

Followed up with leg strength training at Mint.
