Temp 38, DP 34, wind of 3 mph from SW. Pollen of 8.2

Ran 6x800, 2x400, 2x200. Really struggled with the start of this workout in the dark - got better as it got lighter, but this was frustrating.

Also didn't sleep well last night.

Splits were 3:27, 3:26, 3:23, 3:20, 3:18, 3:15, and then 93, 92, 45 and 45. Recoveries between 2:2x and 2:5x after the 800s; 75 second recovery between the 400s; full recovery for 200s.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, vanilla and lemonade GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of rescue.

L/R balance was 48.9/51.1.

Wore long sleeve and shorts - maybe should have worn tights.
