Temp of 39 - very nice.
Ran from gym to Georgetown (cut through Rose Park) then down to Towpath via 29th St. Did drills+strides on towpath, then took Key Bridge to Custis trail to mile marker 3 and back.
Focused on concentration drills/back alignment the entire time, and ended up running pretty fast for easy pace. I'll try the same focus techniques this weekend.
