Temp and DP 56. Workout was 3200, then 1600 (1 or 2) and then maybe some 200s. I wasn't feeling great (I think I'm still fighting off whatever bug I had earlier this week), and felt pretty cooked after the first 1600, so shut it down there.
Splits were 13:32 (6:19/6:14) and 5:53.
Followed with injury prevention work at Golds, including squats (1x6 at 95 to practice perfect form, and then 2x6 at 135, 155).
One puff of Dulera in the AM. Bad heartburn during cool-down.
