Temp 64, DP 56, wind of 3 MPH from SW. Nice morning.
I did 2x1600, 2x800 in 6:59, 6:51 (with a quick stop when I was overrun by another group). 3:21, and 3:23. Recoveries were just over 5 minutes between the 1600s, 3:10 after the second 1600, and then 2:34 between the 800s.
Legs felt good at first and then tired - I can feel how my hamstrings get tired and my gait shortens.
After, during the cooldown, I did 4 very short hill sprints.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, smores and berry GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing OK.
