Starting temp 71, DP 68; ending temp 79, DP 70. Wind from east at 3mph; pollen of 10.3.
From home, took Custis to MV to 14th Street Bridge. Then did a loop of Maine to Independence to Ohio before taking 15th Street up to the mall, where I took the Jefferson sand trail over to 3rd Street to Louisiana.
Drills after (no good place to do strides). Legs stiff and sore.
