Temp 77, DP 76, wind of 3 mph from west.
Did a tempo workout of 3x1 mile at tempo effort with 1 minute recovery, 3 minutes rest, and then 2x5 minutes at tempo with 1 minute recovery. Splits were 6:46, 6:45, 6:40, and then 6:40 and 6:35 pace for the two 5 minute segments.
After full recovery did four segments of 30 seconds at mile effort with 60 second jog (didn't take splits for those)
L/R balance at 48.8/51.2
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Wore armcoolers and carried water.
